Achievements

During his seven-year tenure, he achieved remarkable milestones, including a staggering revenue growth of over 37%, culminating in record revenues of 170 million. 

He efficiently restructured the Accounting and Financial Reporting System and overhauled the Treasury function. Some of his innovation projects include implementation of a new ERP and accounting system, ensuring full compliance with IFRS standards. Additionally, he took the lead in developing financial forecasts, pro-formas, and expertly analyzed actual vs. budget variances across the Group. 

Through meticulous planning and execution, he strategically reduced the monthly close from a lengthy 20 days to a remarkable 4 days within the first year. Recognizing the need for real-time insights, Tamer introduced a dynamic dashboard to assist senior management in critical business reviews. He played a pivotal role in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management to ensure alignment with Board requirements.
